Once you reach out, we keep things simple. Our process is built to give you clear answers, expert guidance, and a customized plan — without the confusion or runaround. Here's how we move forward together, step by step:
Start by filling out our short form with some basic project details — including your preferred time window for a call. Once we receive your info, Bill Dyer will personally reach out within 2 business days to get the ball rolling.
Bill will give you a call to better understand your project and walk through your goals, timeline, and any specific concerns. This call helps us determine which consultation package fits your needs best — whether it's hourly support or a full-service residential or commercial plan.
During After this call, you’ll decide which consulting option to move forward with.
Once you've selected a package, we’ll schedule an in-person visit to the site. This is where we evaluate your property layout, gather technical info, and begin shaping your system plan. The insights we gather during this visit help us provide recommendations that match your soil conditions, zoning requirements, and project scope.
The steps that follow your site visit will vary depending on whether your project is in Wisconsin or Michigan:
In Wisconsin, we handle soil testing coordination, system design, and permit applications directly with local zoning offices.
In Michigan, the county Health Department takes the lead on soil analysis and system design, while we guide you through the permitting process and coordinate test holes for inspection.
No matter your location, we’ll make sure the process is clearly explained, all requirements are met, and your timeline stays on track.
Still have questions? Start by filling out the form — we’ll walk you through the rest.
